Shipping Department Business Hours and Cut-Off Times:
Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
Orders confirmed before 12:00 pm PST during normal business hours will usually be shipped same day.
Orders confirmed after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. During holidays and weekends orders will be shipped out the next available business day.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs
We currently ship FEDEX and USPS. If one of these carriers is unavailable to you, please email us your order number after you have completed your order to email@example.com.
In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.
In the event an item needs to be returned please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 925-284-4042. Please have your order number when you contact us to help arrange the return. We will supply you with an RMA# and fedex shipping label. Once the item is received, your credit card will be refunded the purchase price of the item. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original condition. If there is a manufacturers defect please advise us when you request your RMA and label.
In the event that an item needs to be exchanged please contact us at email@example.com or 925-284-4042 for an RMA# and fedex shipping label. You can then just place an additional order on ggblue.com as there are no ground shipping charges.
